A property area is any discrete, assessable zone on your property — a location with its own access characteristics, visibility profile, and vulnerability factors. Pricing is based on areas, not square footage.
A typical 3,000 sq ft single-family home has 6–9 areas. A small commercial suite has 4–8. Not sure? We’ll confirm your area count before invoicing.
